My First Poem

कविता

जब दिल बहुत कुछ कहना चाहे

पर कोई सुनने वाला न हो

जब इंसान अपनी खुशियाँ और गम

किसी के साथ बांटना चाहे

पर कोई साथी, हमसफ़र, न हो

तो मन बेचैन हो उठता है

और एक कविता जन्म लेती है

हाँ एक कविता जन्म लेती है

जो मन को चैन देती है

और फ़िर

वो मन जो मायूस था

जो किसी से कुछ कहने को आतुर था

वो खुश हो जाता है

जब एक कविता जन्म लेती है

पर कभी कभी, विराग सी काली घटा,

इस मन पर भी छा जाती है

तब हृदय द्रवित हो उठता है

और आँखें भी भर आती हैं

पर वो, खुश भी तो हो जाता है

जब इस कविता के ज़रिये,

वो अपनी बातें,

सिर्फ़ कुछ को नहीं, वो सब से कह पाता है

पर फ़िर भी, एक सवाल दिल में रहता है

क्या यूँ ही कविताएं जन्मी हैं?

क्या सुख दुःख ही इनकी जननी है?

क्या मन ही इन्हे sanjota है

mo ti हैं ये

जिनको वो यूँ ही pirota है

या फ़िर mo ti से भी अनमोल

या शायद सबसे अनमोल
