There are just two type of people in the world

1. Those who want to make a better today, even if it's at the cost of tomorrow

2. Those who want to make a better tomorrow, even if it demands sacrifices today

A deeper thought reveals that both these approaches are wrong, and more importantly, dangerous to the world. So, what should be the "right" type of person?

Anyways, what type of person are you?

"living today"...thats the solution I have...becz future is yet to come n past will never come, what v have wid us is "TODAY"...
people who live in today, hv greatly balanced life...
if u want to make a sacrify for ur love one ...do it today
if u want to love someone...do it today
if you have a fresh topic to write ...do it today..(hehe)
if you want to laugh,sing,eat,smile...do it today

v never knw wt our future will b but atleast by doing gud in present,we ll hv a gud past:-)

Hmm...agree and that's what I do too, but the problem is, living this way, that you pay little attention to what your today's action might do to your future, and more importantly, for the next generation to come...(the main motivation for this point was on global warming and the rate at which we're depleting natural resources)

I think a very careful balance is essential, it's not just your life, after all!

I thought u were talking in general...yes you are very correct, balance is very essential in every phase of life.
As far as reserving natural resources for d next generation is concernd, its essential to put a thought on current usage...industries r d major culprit behind global warming but we cant ignore the fact that its ultimatly the consumers(buyers) who create demand n encourage industries to produce more(economics theories)...concept of carbon credit, kyoto protocol,G-summit etc is going on worldwide through UNO but we, homo-sapiens have already damaged alot.

if possible, try to write an article, suggesting the measures that we can follow at micro level to save our earth...(other than plantation & use of paper/jute bags)...:-)

It's a vicious circle actually. If you want to improve the lives of poor people in Asia, Africa & South America, you need to create global demand which boosts their economy, and create jobs. But this demand cannot be generated without the burden on natural resources...

Still, I think you've given a good trigger, I'll try to speak my mind in an article...
